damaged front lip during shipment
I received the GFX lip from Sewell today (thank you Sewell!), but the lip was bent. Please see pictures below.
I called Fed-Ex and am now in the process of filing a claim form. For those who have dealt with carriers on damaged packages, what have your experiences been like?

Fed-Ex a year ago took a month to pay me & ended up paying me more than I asked for in the first place. I would take notes & not hesitate to escalate to supervisor if things are not progressing. I had to hassle a supervisor every day to get her to do something. I used to swear by Fed-Ex as #1

It's Sewell's responsibility to file a claim with Fed-Ex, not yours. Sewell should send you another one right away and issue a call tag to pick the other one up. You are sewell's customer, you shouldn't have to hassle with any of this.
