That's saying exactly the same thing I said; you need to get AWD/RWD right.

Those are 3IS AWD floor mats. They will not fit any 2IS models, or 3IS RWD models.

In North America, there are the following floor types, they will all take different floor mats:

2001-2005 IS300
2006-2013 IS250 RWD, IS350 RWD, 2008-2014 IS F
2006-2013 IS250 AWD, 2011-2013 IS350 AWD
2010-2014 IS250C, IS350C
2015 IS250C, IS350C
2014-2015 IS250 RWD, 2014-2018 IS350 RWD, 2016-2017 IS200t, 2018 IS300 RWD
2014-2015 IS250 AWD, 2014-2018 IS350 AWD, 2016-2018 IS300 AWD

Mats can be interchanged between any of the models on the same line; additionally, front mats can be interchanged between 2IS RWD and IS C models (excluding 2015).

Guy wirh the AWD weather tech floormats gave me these mats as his old originals and they dont fit my car. So maybe they are for another car?? ?

These are RWD floor mats. My guess is he has a RWD but bought the wrong Weathertech floor mats for his car, haha.

AWD mats can "fit" a RWD, but there will be a big spot that isn't covered by the mat. RWD mats will interfere with the floor if put in an AWD.
