Lightbulb after replacing city lights (194) what about daytime lights?

i just ordered from v-leds, the 5 smt white lights, so after i replaced those, what should i do to get rid of the DRLs?

i AM a newb. lol

your DRL's are actually your high beams running at 50% so it'll be yellow regardless of what you change your high beam bulbs to. the best thing you can do is bring it into the dealer and request for the DRL's to be turned off. this way you can just turn on your city lights during the day to give that nice white look (or leave it off completely).

the problem is though, the dealer may or may not turn it off for you due to liability and safety. so it's a chance either way.

2 options, 1st tell dealer to turn it off, some do some dont.
2nd is put in LED drls, you lose your hibeams but if you use them anyway its no problem.

Darn i wanted mines to turn off, i went and ask the dealership and they said NO, it's safety feature that should stay on and it agaisnt the laws. lol bastard

Is there is a fuse in the fuse box we can take off to turn the DRL off instead of going to the dealer????
