please help, does any of you have the same problem? my sunroof makes click noise when go on uneven pravement. is a bracket that hitting each other, please check picture, please help, it's annoying. Thanks

I had the same problem with mine. I brought it to the dealer and they covered it under the warranty. They wound up wrapping some felt tape around the contact points.

Mine does not do it when tilted, but makes a rattle noise when retracted...drives me crazy. I recently had the moon roof weather strip replaced and moon roof re-aligned, since the fix I have noticed th noise. I guess another trip to the dealer

I did went to the dealer and they told me is normal and not cover by warranty can you take some picture and see how did they tape it. Thanks

If the car is new, it is definitely covered under warranty. If you bought it used, you may be on your own.

i bought it used but it only has 40K and dealer told me is normal which we have a big argument, it's the dealer at rockville Long Island.

It is not normal and should STILL be covered. Either way its a pretty simple fix I think.
