Bummer man. Hope your neck does not get worse at time sets in.
Damage looks worst than it is. Rear end can be fixed with no problems as long as there is no frame damage.
Good Luck.

Sucks. Could have been worse with the injuries, so at least you walked out. Lexus did it's job, even though it appears these cars really fold up like crazy. About how fast would you say she hit you?

Condolences. That car might be totaled. Quarterpanels are structural on a unibody design. The only way to fix them is to cut and weld. Plus crinkling in the C-pillar is indicative of a bent frame... usually means your car will have to go on the frame jig. That's a lot of time and labor and if the car is repairable, it still might push the estimate past your insurance company's total loss threshold. I'm sorry, but even if it is repairable, that car will never drive the same again.
However, be glad that the car absorbed the impact. If it didn't, your body would have. Go get yourself checked out. I hope you took it to your body guy. That way he'll be okay with you going up there and starting to pull mods off the car if you have to. I had to do that with my GTO, and you've got a LOT more invested in your car. Most of it can be saved and put on your next IS or sold, if they don't choose to repair the car. It'd be a shame to see them cart away all of your mods with the car.
