I completed the installation of gfx front lip and screwed back all 9 bolts back plus the 2 clips at the end. I used a screw driver to tighten the outer six screws (3 on each side) and a 10mm wrench for the 3 screws in the center part of the lip where a screw driver can't be reached.
The six outer screws were tight to a point where a screw driver could no longer turn them, but to secure these outer 6 screws as tight as possible, I used the 10 mm wrench on all the screws hoping to get them as tight as possible.
After certain point, the screws would just turn and turn without them feeling getting any tighter. Is this normal? I was thinking because unlike a screw driver, the wrench does not pressure down the screws when being tightened??
I'm fairly new to any kind of diy's, so any confirmation would be helpful. Thnx.

I had the EXACT same problem. Same amount of screws and everything that would continue turning (as if they were stripped). I'm not too worried about it... the lip is on snug and it's not going anywhere.

I wouldn't worry about tighten the screws too tight. With 9 screws, the lip is not going anywhere unless you scratch your lip every time you go in/out of your drive way or through the dip. In case you want to unscrew it later, it would be much easier than it's really tight.

Two things is to:
1) make sure all the locking clips are snapped in all the way first.
2) before you start tightening the 9 bolts, you have to make sure the the c-clip is locked in place on the liner/bumper/lip and not spining around

The tightness of a screwdriver is all you need. I wouldn't use the socket to tighten it further. Its not like you are tightening an exhaust flange. This is an example of "more is not better".
When dealing with plastics- its like the oil filter - hand tight is all you need. Anything more will just strip or you will never be able to get it off. Neither one is good.
