Hey all, i got my new IS250 and i was getting ready to start modding, and wanted to see what you guys think of my plan.
8k low beams
led parking lights
piaa yellow fog bulbs
35% all around tint
lexus GFX kit all around
lexus rear lip spoiler
AVelectronic plug n play nav screen overide (im too afraid of voiding warranty to cut wires)- and i have an ipod AUX cable to route my movies in.
maybe lowering springs, havent decided.
by the way im trying for the VIP look on my SMG Is250. any other suggustions?

 

Looks like a good list for starters.

If you want that GFX kit then jump on the blow out Sewell's got in the vendor section.

And if you're going for that VIP look, you gotta drop it.

 

VIP look FTW skip the springs and hit the coils or even better ride on air. Springs have a conservative drop, but you want to be able to drop it or adjust it to your liking, I suggest getting coilovers. Thats were i made a mistake, eventhough i love my springs and the ride quality is great. just wish i was lower at times.

But so far so good your list has a good start.

A nice exhaust system will compliment the rear gfx lip. great deal in the vendor section like smokinis350 said. I got the whole kit for 606 shipped to my door step. install myself. very simple and easy.

 

For the "VIP" look

ING +1 Full body kit
Coilovers or air runner system *you need it slammed*
Nice new VIP looking rims *you have to go wide*
LX mode front grille
3K HID Fogs
Green tint
curtains
roof spoiler
some junction produce interior goodies

Just ask yourself if the Yakuza gang would drive it

I think, this list would make a VIP style 2IS

 

don't forget about lexon rear roof spoiler!

i really likde that INGS +1 kit, but at 1500$ danm, thats a bit of cash...same with riding on air.
what coil overs would you guys advise? i just ordered my 8K's from xenon depots summer sale.
also what is the bulb size for the fogs so i can do it all at once

for VIP look..all I gotta to say is....
in order to do it RIGHT!! you gotta be willing to spend big money!!

i would say not to get the PIAA yellow bulbs and get an HID kit instead. you can ebay a decent one for around $60 if you look. Run a 3000K. It'll be brighter.
