was browsing for simple mods to do (well if u wanna consider it a mod) and since my front license plate bracket is broken (dont know how but it is), i figured i'd get a JDM styled plate.

i'm wondering if anyone as this and if drilling new holes is required on the IS as it says on the site (my friend has one and he didn't need to though he drives a different car).

Video. If you ask me, this bracket is pretty darn big and ugly, and sticks way too far out from your bumper. If anything I would like to have the plate somehow mold itself to the curves of the bumper so its not so noticeable, not have it sticking way out from the bumper, tilted or not.

I took my plate off soon as I got the car home, and unfortunately, the monkey who installed it turned the screws too long so it pulled the plastic in the holes they made out from the bumper a little.
think Im going to have to somehow trim this off, and put a painted plug into the opening, until I get caught without it.
