OR

3 months old (3000 miles) 2006 IS250 automatic w/ 18" wheel for $28k OTD (+tag and title) - private party sale - so no tax in GA. Color that I want too

Just with above info, I would just go w/ the used one BUT
I have a 2000 ZX3 w/ 150k miles and an accident (reported and fixed). So, I am not sure whether considering this factor, along with the different in interest rate between new and used car (about 1.5% in new car favor), I should get a new one or a used one?

So far, no dealer have found the color and the options that I want.

Any thoughts?
Save $6k, lose 3000 miles, get the color you want. I wouldn't even think about it - get the used one.

I have no idea why you bring up the ZX3.

Aside from a marginally higher monthly payment (do your math and figure out the exact amount; I suspect the used one will still be $5k cheaper at least), the used IS250 is better all around.

Yup...That's what I'm gonna do. To top it off, my APR on a Home Equity Loan is actually more than 1% cheaper than an auto loan (used car person to person) lowering my tax bracket!!

Black on Black...here I come

aaarrgghh.. my sisters stupid... bought almost the same car as i did... half a year later... for more $$....

06 is250 awd with premium/nav/ml black on black for.... get this... 38k..before tax.... she actually got the dealer to talk the price up on her.... and scare her with the "we are out of cars" thing... despite me warning her and telling her everything....

sigh... best time to get a great priced 06 car and she lets the dealer add almost a thousand to msrp -_-

I'm currently in the market for a fully loaded IS350. Anyone with a dealer around their area has one in stock or coming?

I'm located in MI but willing to travel far to get the exact car that I want.

Looking for somewhere around 2000 over invoice for an 07. Possible?

Which dealer in Houston? I tried getting them to do something reasonable, but finally had to go to Austin. I got $4400 off MSRP for a Lux/Nav/ML/Spoiler setup. No fees or additional costs save Texas tax, $90 vehicle inventory tax, and $180 tags/license/etc.

I'm also in NJ looking to purchase in the next few weeks. Can you provide info on which dealer gave you -$2500?

I'm going compare internet quotes from dealers as far north as Stamford and down to Philly, but it would be nice to find something local!
