Where did you guys buy your cars? I'm especially interested in finding someone who will sell the IS350 for invoice. Just looking at carsdirect, the 350 still looks right around MSRP.

Yeah... where in CA did you find that? I'd like to get an 07 IS350 for invoice. Best I'm getting is about 1500-2000 over invoice.

I got $2005 off MSRP through the Costco Auto Buying Program. No Hassle. IS350 $42279 msrp, got $40275.

2007 IS250 w/ Navi fully loaded
Glacier Frost Mica/blk int.
$32,000 flat +ttl

I must say that the color combo you choose also has some impact on the discount the dealer offers, I could have saved another $600 if i had settled for the tungsten, SGM, Obsidian, or starfire/tan interior.

Default Considering trading my LS430 for an IS250

Hey guys. I'm a current LS430 owner and would like to trade it in for an IS250 lease for my wife. I live in Norcal and was wondering how much I should be negotiating a base IS250 for? I'm considering leasing it so I can still negotiate the selling price. And if someone can recommend a good dealer. I bought my LS430 from Serramonte Lexus but maybe there is one better. Thanks in advance and hopefully I'll be joining the 2IS community soon.

u sure you want to do that? like trading in a big car for a car small enough to put in the trunk of the LS. anyways i think you can get a is250 for at least 500-1000 under invoice then go from there.

Yup sure about it. My wife is driving the LS now and she says people look at her like she borrowed the car from her dad. And she complains that it feels like driving a damn boat!

How hard is it to get the IS250 at invoice price? Does the dealership still make money at invoice?
