I saw one in the showroom for over $44,000! And it didn't even have the Lux Pkg (it had everything but Lux Pkg, including pre-collision system)--the dealer GM special ordered it.

well the base was around 30, then with the ML, Premium, Lux, kit, wheels, etc. the msrp of the add ons was 12,000. taxes and such bumped it up as well. ML is almost 5, kit and wheels are around 3, so thats 8 right there... etc etc. It was expensive, but i wanted all the options plus stick (which left the 350 out ) but i think i got a good deal, so i'm pretty happy.

I agree with you--in the NE and Mid Atlantic, if you can get 2% over invoice, you've done pretty well.

remember guys to include the sticker price (MSRP) + whatever add ons and the price paid so we can easily see the discount you rcvd.

example: MSRP $43549 paid $36900.

If that's the deal you got, your first name must be Jeff, and you probably had to sign a lot of baseballs for free.

I just picked up a IS250 RWD with 18 wheels, HIDS, and PA for 33,333 OTD (4.712% tax + about $300 in title/license) I think the discount I got was about $2,600. It's not great but I thought it was a pretty good deal considering we only have 1 lexus dealership in Hawaii. I'm curious to see what discounts other CL members got from Servco Lexus in Hawaii.

Can somebody recommend a dealer in CA that will deal on the IS350, local car dealer is offering 1500 over invoice and from reading this thread thats not so good.

Looking to put in for an 08, but if 07 has much more significant discount then thats fine too.

I live in CA and is it really hard to get an IS250 for $1k below invoice? I have spoken to a couple of dealerships and when I tell them that I'm looking to get an '07 for close to invoice and they just shut me down and say they can't match it. I even said another dealership is offering me invoice and I wanted to see if they can match it but they wouldn't sell it for any less than msrp. I'm also pay cash by the way. Any negotiation tips or what I should do? When is the best time to get an '07 before they all disappear and be replaced by the '08s?

Are you calling by phone or going into the dealers? I feel like dealers don't like to deal over the phone and don't take you seriously if you aren't there in person. I would keep at it because persistence pays off.

Right now should be a good time, I just bought a IS250 AWD w/ lux package and NAV for $250 under invoice. Find a good dealer and work with them. Good luck!

I received $2,500 off MSRP with no negotiation. I really didn't even ask, they just made me an offer. It might have helped that I just walked in and said I wanted one that they had on the lot, no test drive or any extra time wasted asking questions. I did find it interesting that the dealer didn't even blink when I turned down all the warranty etc. that they offer, I have found that in the past dealers tend to harass you to buy the warranty.
