are you serious or being sarcastic? and if you are serious is invoice plus license and tax or OTD?

anyways i went to stevens creek lexus in san jose. Spoke to Joe hart. and i saw two 2008's black exterior with black interior leather. One had 5,90x miles it was Very loaded navi luxuery mark levinson sound back up camera memory seats HID.

sticker i saw was $39,998 he wanted $37,7760 tax was $3025.20 license was $320 TOTAL $41,168.95

My score is 702 for a 60 was $795 with 1k down total fin charge was $7,577.85

*************

The other one was 59 miles $35,433 tax was $2839.04 license was $306 Total $38,641.79.

No HID only 18's rear lip and pretty much bone stock.......

So im sure i can do better then this so whats going on

I just want black exterior and black interior with HID.

Oh and joe hart said "on special orders we dont give discounts its msrp tag" or something along those lines. Also said that you "HAVE TO" get NAV pakage in order to get HID.

^^^ i hate dishonest salespeople. the HIDS, 18's, premium package can all be on a car seperately. most cars probably come with both hids and 18's becuase maybe thats what people want. "special orders" is when you order it exactly the way you want and they make it and ship it to you. that takes months i think. any dealer that is still trying to make huge profits on any leftover 2008's especially when 2009's are already in stock is being greedy, and to those dealers i would extend them the bird!

You will get killed adding any factory options after the car leaves the factory. Also, Lexus IS sales are down 15.6% from a year ago and the whole Lexus line is down 35.1%, month-vs-month, so if you have the $$ you have the power. And remember, the economy was already starting to fall apart last year, when I special-ordered my car in October 2007. Waited 3.5 months. They may be able to find your car on a lot and have it shipped. All it takes is looking on the computer. Or special order from any dealer and pay to have it shipped on a flatbed truck to your door. I did that from FL to KY. Screw the locals who want to screw you.

Man, you shouldnt even buy it if the finance charge is 7k+, pretty much you buying the car closer to 50k total price.

IF you want, wait until they have low special interest rate like they did during labor day weekend. I'm sure they have another one in Christmas.

Go on craigslist, you find better deal than the dealer used car. HID you can always install yourself.

Aftermarket HID kits can be installed (relatively) easily after the car is built.

Factory HIDs with AFS, not so much.

And yeah he's full of it on special orders, you can certainly get a good deal if you find a dealer smart enough to realize he's getting a 100% for-sure sale just for filling out some papers.

Thanks guys well i want oem hid because its intigradted no ballast no adjustment needed thanks fo the afs? I want this car to be clean not like my 06 civic that i riped off stock stereo made up wiring with hid and so on you know?

My credit score is 702 maybe i should choose a shorter term with less intrest (still looking at 5k - 7k in intrest) plus the car thats close to 48/50K

***UPDATES***

so this guy from pleasanton lexus "eric" told me that he has black on black 08 350 with nav pakg hid add on (oem) preimum plus or pkg, MSRP 43k or so and i told him bellow invoice

he said Invoice is $38,083 give me invoice of $38,083+500 so brings me at $38,583

car has like 9 miles or so

He said he'll look for a stock with oem hid black on black but it would be around $35k

So at this point its about 2,500/3k for nav/bluethooth pakg?

I really like the voice commond with ac on 73 degress or audio on... and that cost of an aftermarket nav will put me at or higher cost

So 35k (around) no nav but hid or 38k nav hid and so on...

does this sound about right?

invoice plus $500?

IS sales down around 15%? wish that was useful. Also i never thought of lease , what is it ? renting? or rent to own? how much less would the car cost total? what are the restrections/ changes between lease and financed?

Why not below invoice? Like $1000 or more. This is great time to low ball because of really really bad economy. BTW, I got my car with the same spec, nav, premium pkg, hid and also includes X-pkg for $38500. I think you can get better deal since yours doesn't include X-pkg. If you want the fleet manager's contact at Magnussen fremont PM me.

similar specs. mine came with chrome wheels that the dealer refused to take off, so i had to take them. basically my price was invoice minus 1000 on whatever IS350 i wanted, they finally traded to get what i wanted. SGM/GREY

find a dealer you want to work with and have them search the entire western region for it.

Wow I feel pretty good about my 38,500 (42k OTD) fully loaded 2009 IS 350 (Nav, HID, summer 18s, spoiler) now. First time I ever haggled. Apparently I did a pretty good job lol.
