i got a 2006 same options as you about a week ago but i got mine for 31 (OTD)....it had 14k miles on it...but the only thing was that it was in wisconsin and i live in south carolina...since gas was a lot this past month...there is a company called SGS which goes and checks your car for u in any location then they send you an Email telling you everything...they even found the SMALLEST scuff under the panel...check out the link

but yeah they found that the front rims had been curved a tad bit so i had them fix it and knock off 200 off the price...they even do a test drive and a 150 point inspection...so IMO i think buying a car ANYWHERE in america is now easy...just make sure u can get a good shipping price

Yea, i thought about the 10900 on the odometer. The car came from Oklahoma. I read somewhere that they do a lot of driving to get where they need to go. I checked out the service history and Carfax it turned out clean.
I looked at Carmax a week after I bought mine and found the same 2008 IS350 Starfire Pearl/Cashmere Premium Package w/ Nav for $40K!! Check it out...

I think that's a good price. So the dealership tried to sell you a used one for 42K?? Man, what a rip that would be - that's what you'd expect to see for a new one!
Thanks! Actually, I'm bought it from the Carmax here in VA Beach. I payed $36 OTD. They advertised it at 34998 on their site. Do you think thats a good price in VA? I looked at the stealership and they tried to sell me one w/ sport package and nav for $42 OTD. I figure I could eat the 10900 miles for $6k
