Quad exhaust on IS250.. possible?

Can anyone please tell me how it is possible to have quad exhaust tailpipes. the is250 currently has twin (one on each side) i've come across this online and seems this car has been upgrade from single to quad:

wald and trc both make a quad exhaust for the 2is, or you could go the custom route

CL member is Letz250.
