Joe Z has them on his car. I don't have the picture for it at the moment. Hopefully Joe or someone else can post it for you.
As far as I know, you can only get them from Carson which you go to www.l-tunedparts.com to order. Aside from ordering directly from Japan, this is probably the only reliable place to get it unless you can find it on ebay or something.

Mike's (Passnu2) fog HID kit is bright and has incredible light out-put (6000k). Those projector JDM fogs are awesome just like the 1ge, but are way too pricey IMO. I would simply install HID and be done with it. Don't waste time on colored bulbs or film like me.

Your welcome! and its not hard to change them out. You have 2 ways to do it. You can remove the front bumper, there is a DIY "or" you can enter from the front fender liner as I did, there is a DIY and save some time. Either way its not hard to do but figure about 1 hour if you go through the fenders like I did. Its a lot longer to remove the bumper so just allow yourself enough time either way.
I can help you as you install if you have questions!
and yes 2 of the cars are OEM fogs and BRIAN231 has yellow overlay and I believe he also changed his bulbs?? IMO its well worth the money for this kit and Cliff was great to deal with
