its not that bad. you can have a shop do it for you if need be. they do make bolt on ones but you need a min of 15mm for those so much more then you are looking for. It will make the car look so much better IMO...

i only want 5mm because i just need to push my back rims out a lil bit.. its already pretty flush.. 19x9.5 +40 .. but i want it even flusher.. lol

im thinking about ichiba 5mm or 10mm .. 5mm if stock studs are ok.. 10mm if i gotta pull studs either way ..

5mm would be a easy thing to do at home.. no one can tell me if 5mm is safe on stock studs???

ROT is that you get thread engagement of atleast 1.5 times the diameter of the bolt. if you have calipers, you can measure how much of the bolt you have engaged and see if 5 mm will push it beyond that. But I'm thinking 5 mm should be no problem.

I wouldnt with 5mm, anything less then I would say yes. Its best to play it safe with the ones I had it only got like 3 full turns and for me that wasnt enough. I was running smaller spacers and with the stock studs it was okay. it was 3~4mm I had close to 7 full turns.

with your offset I would go with 5mm...IMO. I want to say off the top of my head you need a min of 6 full turns to not change the studs out? I am sure someone can chime in with the exact info.

I actually already sold my spacers. Thanks for the look out.

If I were you I would stick with a 5mm spacer though because that will put you at a 35mm offset and anything more than that and will rub unless you are going to run super stretched tires, which in itself is not the best of ideas.

i ordered the 5mm type 1

from optionimports tho.. lil bit cheaper.. both ichiba and option are in my area code so should be too long to get them..

can't wait.. i wonder if 5mm will make any noticable difference.. i checked on a ruler and it looks like not even 1/4 inch lol
