A friend of mine is 6'6" approx 300lbs. When he "tries" to sit in the passenger side, his knees are burried in the dash...It's actually funny to watch him get in......

Im 5'10'' and i guess i have some long legs because like you said...for me the problem is the wheel being too far. I wish they made it come out farther. I might have to take some leg cramps like you said and give my arms a brake.

I am 6 foot 5 and I find myself to have MORE room in the front of the IS than the GS.
I felt the same way about the 1IS vs 2GS. I just get comfier in the IS though the GS is the bigger car.

I'm almost 6'4" and fit in my IS just fine, and am actually quite comfortable. The trick with taller guys is to have the back side of the seat all the way down, and the front side all the way up. I still have about 3" of room for my seat to be all the back.

I didn't buy the car for anyone to ride in the back seat, at least any one with legs. When I went to test drive it, well "test fit" it I was surprised on how much room there was.

It will come down to sitting in it yourself to see... no amount of "I'm X tall and fit fine/don't fit" will help you unless they also give their leg/torso ratio and it happens to match yours along with the height.

One note- You can not get the car without a sunroof in the US unless you specifically order "X package without sunroof"

which prevents you from getting the car with the Lux or Sport packages and limits you to 3 total exterior colors...and will almost 100% for sure be a special order.

If no-sunroof were an option by itself I'd have gotten it as I'd much preferred not to have a sunroof but I wasn't willing to give up all the other features to get that.

I'm 6'2 and fit tight. I do feel a little uncomfortable but I'm still going to buy this car since I like everything about it now EXCEPT the lack of head room. I still don't understand how people with 6'3 feet and above height can even fit inside this car, makes me believe that this car was designed by some midgets in Japan.

Also, if you can wait, then go for the 2009 model, rumors are that it's gonna get a face lift.
