If they do, prepare yourself for some sticker shock. The OEM GS turn signal mirrors are $1100 for the set...

High cost because it's not just the outside mirror covers like a few of us installed. It's the whole new mirror assembly.

i want to see it in real life before i judge on it. the pictures arent clear enough either, i'd like a full head on shot of the rear and of the front to really get a look at these new headlight/taillight and grille changes. the side mirrors i really like though, and i like the turn signals, they are very sleek, almost like a tear drop rolling off the side of the mirror, sexy =)

Wood steering wheel has been available on the JDM 2IS since 2005.

There is no rumor of a wood steering wheel. The only thing that's ever surfaced is the above pic, which is of the Japanese model. I'd like a wood wheel too, but I doubt we'll ever see one on the IS when that's the role of the ES.

Powertrain increases usually come mid-cycle. The rumor is the regular 5 year cycle is stretching out to 6. So it is possible to see a hp bump later in the 09 cycle as a 2009.5 or even a 2010 update.
