We ran them under the dash, under the center console, under the steering column to the driver side door sill.
There's 4 amber LED's.
Nope they don't come painted, but the vendor did offer painting services. But you may want to get them painted locally to insure color matching.

I have the same blinker covers and there are 7 amber LEDs from what I can see.
Turn the hazards on and look carefully. Of the 4 LEDs you speak of, 3 are pairs.
The first pair on the inner blinker face opposite each other. Next is a single LED, kinda hard to see but pretty sure - it's the most useless one. The last two pairs of LEDs are coupled together facing outwards. One pair is most visible around the blind spot area and the furthest pair out can be seen from the rear side of the car.
Great safety feature if you ask me.

BTW - for people that want to see what they look like blinking, here's a GIF I created before I installed them:

Congrads Tony Glad it all worked out!
These can be installed in well under and hour "trust me"...I did it myself. Now you can do them quicker as 2 members have found the wires under the dash. One found a relay to tap into and XprincoX found the wires under the driver side kick panel. I had already run the wires under the hood with mine as I had a PDF from someone and it only showed me those wires to tap. I am glad there is an easier way to tap and cut the time even more. although it may add time as you have to fish the wire over from the one side to the driver side. But its less visible for anyone to see!
Its 4 led lights its just the way you see them through the reflective color
You have options on where to but them! they "ALL" come from the same place I had mine painted overseas and the paint matched PERFECT!
