Does tire rotation included in 5k miles free maintenance?
i went to do my 5k miles free maintenance.
they did a oil and filter change, inspect al fluids, tire pressure , belts hoses and a road test.
Does it suppose come with tire rotation?
i asked the people in there and they said it is not included on the service, i need to pay $25 / wheel to do it since my car is IS250, they need extra work to take the tire out from the rim and do the rotation.
and they said if i can find the paper working showing the maintenance has rotation, then they will do it.
so am i wrong on it?

The AWD 250 has identical wheels/tires at all 4 corners so it's a simple matter to rotate tires.
The RWD 250 and 350 generally have staggered wheels, ie different sized wheels/tires front and back, and directional tires too. So it's not possible to simply rotate them.
In theory you could dismount the rear tires from the rims and swap them left/right, and do the same to the front tires left/right, but it would indeed be a bunch of extra labor and not gain you a whole lot for the cost.

yeah you dont need to rotate your tires then. it's only with identical wheels all around that FWD and AWD cars have rotation. even then it's not necessarily required, it's just a method of prolonging the life of your tires. even if you do need to rotate your wheels, it's very simple. awd models recommend changing front to back and back to front with no crossing. you can cross it if you wish. even then it's just a process of jacking up the car and removing the rims and move it around. no more than 20-30 minutes to do. and if you ever needed an alignment, bring it into the dealer saying the car started pulling weird and get a free alignment

what you just said im thinking they meant to take your TWO front tires and SWAP them from each side because we all know our tires wear out from the inside REALLY BAD.. so im assumming from what YOU said about them SWAPPING TIRES out was to swap the tires so that your two front tires from the outside are swapped to so that the outsides are now on the inside.. if you get what im saying..
