No, you can NOT use leaded gas in the car. It will foul up the catalytic converter which in turn will confuse the h_ll out of the computer, which in turn will ruin the engine. Be advised, as stated above, that there are numerous ways to define "octane" (there ar two in the US, even). Speak to Lexus, tell them where you are taking your car, and ask them if suitable gas is available - they will know.
I see you are using nitrous in your car - I don't know what you want to achieve but nitrous and cheap gas aren't going to work very well for any intended application.
And, out of morbid curiosity, where are you taking the car?

Sure we do, but you need to figure out how octane is assessed in Yemen and what "83 octane" means:

They DO sell leaded race gas at some gas stations and tracks and such. For use off-road.
Using leaded gasoline on public roads is up to a $10,000 fine.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gasoline
"Possession and use of leaded gasoline in a regular on-road vehicle now carries a maximum $10,000 fine in the US. However, fuel containing lead may continue to be sold for off-road uses, including aircraft, racing cars, farm equipment, and marine engines.["
http://www.epa.gov/history/topics/lead/02.htm
"Effective January 1, 1996, the Clean Air Act banned the sale of the small amount of leaded fuel that was still available in some parts of the country for use in on-road vehicles. EPA said fuel containing lead may continue to be sold for off-road uses, including aircraft, racing cars, farm equipment, and marine engines."

The law is pointless, as these cars will be driving on the earth at some point. What does it matter if it is on the street or at a race track?
There is a reason why there isn't a law against gas stations selling leaded gas. Or else it would only be sold at the track.
