seriously!! I think the tsx is busted. Ugly as hell. Plus you drive a lexus not an acura. similar cars , but higher brand image that acura. I would save the money on the mods listed and seriously have a 50 shot NOS installed. It will never hurt the car at that small an ivrease, but it will be enough to dust your boy and keep the driveability of your car. less noise with NOS. and its only active when you summon it. just my 2 cents

You're trying to make this is a TSX vs. IS250 game, but we're talking about balancing entry-level Lexus vehicles here.

Just to let you know, if you think TSX is ugly, then I've seen guys who own TSX and think the IS 250 is ugly as well. I've heard TSX owners say that IS looks like a Scion TC from certain angles and things of that nature. Styling is subjective, so it's no point talking about it. For some people the exterior of BMW and Audiz are boring, whereas for some the simpleness/elegance of the exterior of those same cars is more attractive. Just my 2 cents.

Anyway, I've heard rumors that the next generation of entry-level Lexus will have at least a 230 HP engine with some more torque. I guess that should make the entry-segment a bit interesting, if that ever happens.

I agree with everyone you have a nice car. I would've loved to get the IS in awd but the 350 didn't come out in awd... Since you have awd you can go snowboarding with no problems. No chains installation. who really cares about the looks as long as you like your own car? just think when winter comes along you'll be a more happier camper than the tsx

I agree with you on this exception. If you're living in a cold place but still want to get a Lexus IS, then you're stuck with the IS250 AWD option only. In this case it's wiser to go for the IS 250

hey kuuqi thanks for the good answer.
I didn't know that this thread would have so many comments about bashing the AWDmodels Before i got my AWD i was very interested in the TSX as well but decided to get the AWD drivetrain. I just wanted to know though if exhaust+intake+headers would help my AWD a little and now I think it will.
