Question False Floor Subwoofer

As the title says.... I'm looking to do something very clean for my 250 Non-ML w/Navi. I've searched pretty much all of the threads here and couldn't really find anyone who has done this. I have a shop here in town (Orange, CA) that has done crazy installs like this.

I'm not looking to do the "side subs" like so many people have done already. I want a false floor and plexiglass on top while removing the spare tire. I also want to be able to use the old carpet to lay over the top. The only pics that I have seen are for other models of Lexus's. Does anyone have any pics of their install or have seen this before? Ideally I want a 10" W7, but we'll see if i have enough room for one.

Thanks in advance!

GL. the system is indeed off the walls in person. I saw it with extreme at a meet in freemont. There has been alot of wrench time into that car. which is some serious $$

Wow... thats amazing. Had I seen that thread before I got my wheels last year I might have gone that route instead. Any custom audio guys have an estimate on what that type of install would cost start to finish? 4-5 grand? More?

all i have to say is wow. thanks for the link to that system. It's a little bit more intense than what I am thinking about doing, but if def gives me some great ideas. I'll be doing a lot of the wiring with my guy at the shop. He'll do the fiberglass for the box on the floor and the plexiglass. I'll keep everyone updated on the progress.

I'm moving in a week or two, so that means I won't have any updates for at least a month.

How does he fit his golf clubs in the trunk? That's all I'm really looking at lugging around.

Definitely hit up Audio Specialists in Alhambra in San Gabriel Valley. I know its kinda far from orange but they do great custom work. you can request some pics if you want. Ive seen some awesome work they have done in the trunk space with plexi-glass, wood, fiberglass, lights and all. Good prices too. Ask for Tony and say that Khoi sent you. He did my IS350.
