^^In December 2007, I got my 08 IS250 RWD w/ navigation and premium package (with the extended warranty thrown in) for $34K OTD during the "December to Remember" Event.

I got mine in the first 08s to hit the area for a LOT less than sticker. As a special order made over the summer too.

In the current economy the proper answer is probably "find a better dealer"

Clearly the salesman looked up "be candid" and found the definition to "lie like there is no tomorrow". Just plug that phrase into the sentence and you will very close to the truth.

wow you got a good deal! i got the same deal but no extended warranty. I got it 2 days before Christmas

If anyone is still trying to figure out whether or not you can order '09 models, I'm in Canada and I've put in an order for an MT 2009 IS 250. Don't know about the States though but should be like us: No guarantee on pricing but a strong hint towards it staying pretty much the same as before.
