Maybe I'm the only one that feels this way... but it seems like half of these vehicles don't come anywhere close or even belong on this "VS" list against the 350..
Pontiac Vibe???????????
Mazda CX-7???
I'm not exactly sure how you came to compare these two against the IS350, but the truest competitor out of all of those listed is the 335i, which there is a thread for already.

agree, and really, I would hardly call my IS350 high performance.
entry level luxury with decent horsepower....
I have to question the op's agenda with this list; "high performance" cars under $70k?!??! Rated a R32 higher than an Evo MR?!?!? eclipse, charger, vibe, etc...?!?!?!

Why did you pick $70K as your "cutoff". Too many options at/under this price point that, frankly, "beat" the IS350 on any number of fronts. And I LOVE my IS350...
Consider--> Jaguar XF, Audi A6, Audi RS4, Lexus LS460, Mercedes-Benz CLS class, BMW M3, BMW 5 Series, Porsche Boxster, Porsche Caymen, etc.
Try a few of those and report back
