I recently purchased a 2008 IS 250 and noticed there is an LED on the control panel for the moon roof that stays on constantly. Is this normal? It is located between the buttons that turn on the interior lights and the door lights. Should the moon roof controls be illuminated? Thanks for all responses.

Look down at your feet. There's a couple down there as well.

It's ambient lighting. I believe that like the footwell lighting, it dims while you are driving, and gets brighter when you put the car in park.
