JDM Fender Lights question?
I am interested in purchasing JDM Fender Lights http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=2347
I was wondering if anyone here on CL have them and wanted to know if they are hard to install or if anyone knows a place that does the install professionally? Also do the lights stay on constantly or just go on when you use your blinkers, and hazards??
