disconnecting the headlight washers?

Question disconnecting the headlight washers?

hi!

i plan on taking off my bumper to do the HID 9006 conversion...was wondering how you can disconnect the headlight power washers...how is it connected? can i just yank it out? :S

You don't have the remove the bumper to install the 9006 HID fogs. There are DIY's on this forum on how to do it without removing the bumper. Do a search on it.

oh in case the tubes are too short when i put the bumper down lol...

i'm taking off the bumper because you have more mounting options..that's the only reason really

i don't know how it's connected but the motor should probably be connected into the bumper with fluid tubes running into it. it should be easy to remove either way.

but as previously said you don't need to remove the bumper to install the HID kit. under the driver side fog light there's a panel under it you can open and reach directly into the bulb. on the right side you just need a screwdriver to twist the tabs and pull the lining out. easy.
