is250 got rear-ended
my car got rear ended last saturday
the other car was white nissan sentra
the guy that was driving the car does not have insurance
anybody know good body shop around OC ?
anybody has experience with Lexus of Cerritos Collision Repair Center ?

police took the report and luckily i have an insured motorist coverage
my insurance still have to prove that the other party in fact does not have insurance, so they are still waiting on police report

First and foremost, I'm sorry to hear about your car.
Second, my family has had excellent service from Dorothy Lunney of Lexus of Cerritos. She is a Service Manager, and has taken care of my sister's GS300 (someone scratched her car from hood to bumper), my brother's ES350 (windshield replacement), and my best friend's IS300 (huge rear bumper dent fix and repaint). All were fixed quickly and flawlessly.
Tell her Philip Cordova sent you...

That really hurts. My 450h got rear ended sunday night by an illegal citizen with no drivers license but at least he had insurance. The first boo boo really hurts! But I feel really sorry for him to because they impounded his car...

Sorry an idiot w/ no insurance hit your beautiful Lexus. It's people like that w/ no insurance that drive up the cost of coverage for us good paying citizens.

My car got keyed up bad like 6 months ago and i dropped off my car at the lexus of cerritos collision repair center and it took them 3 1/2 weeks to give my car back, but they did do a good job, but takes WAY too long.
