Very nice mod. You wheels look flush and I'm sure the handling is improved. Are those spacers made in Japan? Where and how much did you get them for?

NICE.......Really like it. There is no doubt that it looks way better than W/O the spacers.

Hey. let us know what you think about the performance. does it feel like the car is slower at all cause of weight of the spacers? (rotational weight, because 10 pounds wont make a difference if they are in the cabin or trunk)?

any vibrations whatsoever?

thanks for the quick PM replies. I think ive been waiting for this thread more than u. hehe

Do a web search for the following and it should be the first hit:

"ICHIBA LEXUS Wheel Spacers Version 2"

Retail is $135 for a pair. Got mine from this online dealer for 10% off. There are only a couple of places that carry these exact ones from what I could find and this place offered the best price. Their customer service was great as they communicated well during my 2 week back order.

I hope not. Currently no issues. Don't know what effects it will have in the long run.

I don't think so since the manufacture's website is ichibausa.com and their office is located in ca.

Looking good...

I have the old version 1 on my IS, see signature. I replaced the studs my self and it was not that difficult. My question is, where you able to torque the ichiba wheel nut, the one that hold the spacer to the old stud, to the oem spec (I think it is around 80 ft-lbs)? I might recommend this to my boss, he has an IS too.

You're welcome.

Performance wise, lateral stability is increased from the widened stance. I can actually feel the difference in turns as the car remains flatter from lowering it's roll center. Now lower and wider, but still need to be stiffer for a more complete suspension set-up.

The 10 lbs. are hardly noticable in my ride (can barely tell even when I have a 110 lbs. passenger) and I haven't experienced any unusual vibrations.

I'm pretty sure they are not done to OEM spec but I did them the best I could with what I had. I'm definitely going to have them properly torqued in the near future. Thanks for the input.
