i heard somewhere you have to cut off the oem bolts if you go this route. is this true? did you have to shave off the top of the bolts? I want to do this before EOS starts. thanx for your input before hand.

The OEM studs will stick out a tad after installing the bolt-on spacers, but if you look behind your rims, it's not completely flat. There is some hollow space right where the OEM studs would go, thus allowing the wheels to sit flush to the hub-centric spacers.

I sold mine already to another member but with the 20mm Ichibia Type II spacers the OEM studs did not stick out farther then the spacer and nothing was altered. Well worth the $$...
They are so easy to install and take off! You cant beat how easy they are to use and with the few weeks I had them I didnt see anything different from the other style spacers that require longer studs.
its almost like if you where putting on an adapter for different bolt pattern rims!

^^You're welcome.
No vibrations.
The OEM studs do not stick out futher than 20mm spacers but they do for the 15mm, as seen below but it doesn't matter because our stock wheels have open slots/cavaties in the back so there is no gap.
