Default IS250 AWD CPO - Price Suggestions

I'm going to the stealership in the Northeast to see a CPO they have in stock.

2007 IS250 AWD (late build May 2007)
18K Miles
HIDs, Ventilated Seats, and Wood Trim
Was a loaner
No accidents, clean Carfax

They replaced the brakes, 1 wheel, and 2 of the tires during the CPO process. They wanted $31K, I got them down to $29K + taxes, et. al. What do you think of that price?

Is there any specific I should be looking for when buying a CPO (other than brakes and tires)?

Thanks!

DON'T BUY A LOANER!! You have NO idea what people do to loaners! Not worth it...IMO

I purchased a loaner before and didn't have any problems. These cars are made to take it. Plus...I will sell the car when the 3 year warranty is up!

Look for repaints or other coverups for scratches
Seems about a fair deal. I wouldn't say it's too awesome since it doesn't have many of the options

hm, a loaner. I have bad stories of my friends really beating up loaner cars ><

I've heard some of these stories too, but I'm not too concerned. These cars are made to be driven hard. and I'm not keeping it past the warranty period...in the worst case I'll pick up Lexus Platinum.

For $29K, it can't be beat...the invoice price on a similarly equipped car is $33K.

i think u can go lower than 29K. if not 29K is fine. it's CPO so i believe they would fix everything that is needed before even selling it. my friend got a CPO bmw, it used to be a loaner and have had it for couple of months without any problems.

the CPO is a great warranty. Getting under $29K is gonna be toughie -- they must've spent about $1K to get it ready (tires, brakes, detailing), and another $1K or so for the CPO warranty.

I'm already $1800 lower than their asking price. I plan to go inspect the vehicle and complain about hood chips or something, and have them drop it another $300-$500.

I don't think the fact that its a loaner is taking into account...
