Definitely take it to Carmax. When I was looking to get my IS, I took my previous car there and they offered me 6K over BlueBook. I used that offer to negotiate my trade at lexus and got a lot more then I would have...

Thanks for the advice guys. Unfortunately the closest Carmax is over 70 miles away... But I'm seeing similarly equipped 06 IS350's on cars.com for around $33k. So maybe I can make it work out...
