Updated 1st post with a pic.
VikH is right from what I've seen here. You have to cut around the exhaust area but a few just tape the rear on and claim that it's secure. If I do install it, I figure if I'm already cutting the bumper, I might as well drill into it. Although tape is probably good enough.

i wouldn't do it. i never liked the rear as much. its a slight difference from the stock. get the toms one, much better to compliment the front and sell the back piece. a lot of people would buy since the kit is discontinue. im gettin the front and sides only no rear.

mine fits perfectly..all i did was line it up and the marked the touch points where the lip touches the bumper. 3m double sided molding tape installed at all those points and done. Had it on for a year now and has no moved whatso ever! i did use a lot of 3m but that saved me from drilling into my rear bumper. Hope this helps!
