I'm thinking these emblems would go well with the shiny black rims I have, but I'm hoping someone here has some good pics of the emblems on their car...

Also, has anyone had any issues with them? (Specifically the ones from Sewell Lexus) Like paint peeling or anything?

Thanks, meefer. Can you tell me how long you've had the emblems?

Also, do you have the front emblem? If so, can I see that? I'd like to see how it looks with the chrome trim around the grill... I'm worried whether that might be a bad contrast.

EDIT 2: Actually, the one on the right in this pic looks good, too. Is this custom also, or is this the Sewell one?

Not from sewell's or any other dealer, they're only sold as a package.

I was worried about the contrast too, but it I like it - kinda matches the grill.
Still want a matching grill bezel but it's only currently available for the IS-F and it doesn't fit an ISx50


People notice and complement my emblems often. I've seen a MR IS with these and IMO the red and black contrast is very nice.

Absolutely no issues with mine after 6 months. Just buff with a microfiber towel and it's like new.

only match dark color cars....I like the different look of pearl black but IMO I think they do better on darker cars. Unlike my color. but unless you roll hard like Javys car you can pull it off

Okay, just to clarify:

The emblem on the right in this picture is one of Sewell's Black Pearl emblems.



From left to right: Stock chrome, Sewell Black Pearl, and on the far right are my own custom-painted emblems. I call it "Pearl Black," because I wanted a darker color (almost black) with a pearl effect to it. The only place you can get them is from me...
