Both 265/35R18 and 275/35R18 need a minimum of 9" wide so in other words not recommended. If the question is will it mount?......Yes.....Is it safe?......Probably not. You can always try a 255/45R18 but it will be at least 1" taller than what you have. So it will definitely mess up you speedometer.
