did you hook up the connectors backwards? try plugging in the old ones and see if they still work.

You need to splice the cables depending on what package you have on your car.

If the car has memory seats and does NOT have the power rear sunshade it has the sport package.
(there's other differences but that'll be the easiest way to tell)

If you no memory seats, but have woodgrain and heated/cooled seats then you have the premium package
If you don't have those either then it's a base model with no packages at all.
(this assumes it's an 06... for 07+ there's one last option, X package, which would have sport pedals and unique wheels)

What's so wrong with not having the sports package? I prefer not having my dome lights come on when I get in while the ISPs light up.

I have base model 06. No packages, but i DID already have the white connectors when I pulled up the stock plastic ones. There's only one way to plug in the connectors so they aren't on backwards.....

Mine is an 07 and it came with it. Were your original ones blue?

sorry for the repetitiveness, my 06' has the woodgrain/heated/cooled seats, so the plugs should be in my car?

There is always a connector in the car, but I think for non-sport cars, one of the cables has no power, so you need to tap a power source. Something along those lines...

If you have wood/heated/cooled but no memory seats then it's premium package, and if it's an 06, you need to splice wires.
Lux package already came with illuminated plates, and ONLY sport package (memory seats, but no wood or rear sunshade) was plug and play in 06.
