I'm using the FX 35 projectors with clear lenses because the diameter and length of the projector fits perfectly.
I didn't want to use the stock is250/350 projectors because there would be too many modifications needed with the bulb sideways and all. Plus the quality of the projector and lense aren't that great. I am actually trying to do some mods on some broken is250 headlights too to see what my options are with having better lit HIDS.
Keep me posted on your project though, it would be nice to share some points here and there
