Default Hey all......... first post, UHHHG

Hell all this is my first post and I want to say hello. Unfortunately it's not how I wanted to introduce myself. I just picked up my 08 IS 250 two weeks ago and it's going into the body shop. Was out meeting up with some friends stopped off for coffee and parked as far away from any trouble only to make room for someone else and I rubbed up against Starbucks................

This was only minutes after I finished washing my baby.

Thanks boss, the mini drl bulb is stock from the factory I only changed my high beam 9005 from stock to a Nokya Hyper yellow, it gives off a nice bright appearance durring the day.

Yeah it'll be in the shop on the 8th of September. It's killing me just thinking about and waiting for it to get done. I knew where I was in the parking lot and was parallel to the Starbucks away from the main mall and was backing up for another driver who was blocked in by a van in front of them. I didn't even feel it ......backed up then moved up locked the car got my coffee and saw it when I got back to the car.

Welcome aboard Edz71. This happens to the best of us. Some refer to this as the 2gen curse. It will be fixed and be fine so no worries. Damage does not look too bad.

Thanks........ it's going to cost 1K. The picture realy does't show where the metal above the bumper well is dammaged, going to do the entire panell all the wat to the roof line to be safe and match the clear coat properly.

There should be a pole on CL that would best illustrate how many 2gen members had a panel repainted or need one repainted. I am sure it would be over 60% (LOL). I was backed into by a lady on her cell phone at a turning lane while the arrow turned green. It cracked my bumper skin and I was more pissed than Robert Downy Jr in a dry county.
