I LOVE nice things but I'm with him. metal? anything that conducts heat really well shouldn't really be on the intake? at least that's what I heard as well. so I'm kinda dissapointed it's not cf for that price as well. I guess it's good for the whole "show quality" but for the build... i dunno.. kinda iffy.

Custom CAI? If so, all you have to do is cut the frame up. Thats why company's never released a CAI for our cars.

oi, I'd love to but I don't know if I'm gonna cut out the passenger side highbeam out or press in a naca duct on the hood right behind the head lamp assembly or cut out that triangle thing next to the passenger side fog light.

I'm thinking the triangle pieces next to the fog lights are gonna be cut out and used for cooling ducts if I need it.

atm, my intake is sucking in so much freakin air that i took off all the engine bay covers.

once i finish the intake thing then i'm gonna need to make a cooling plate to block off the air that flows over the radiator

I love how our radiators are blocked off so well for more air to pass thru

Johnnyboy purchased that intake from me a while back.

I originally got it from Boom Plus Toys.

I paid $800 for the Induction box and $300 for the suction pipe, plus 2 additional replacement filters for $90 each.

I can't find the dyno sheets, but the induction box alone, without the suction pipe gained about 10-11hp through the mid-range.
