Default window problem

Well my alarm drained my battery, so i got the battery to charge and everything seem to work out fine. This morning i try to roll the passenger and both of my rears using my driver side manual.... it doesnt work. But if i push the driver and both my rear button then it work. I thinking that something is wrong with the fuse? or maybe. any Advice on this work. Well i will bring to the dealership and let them check it out, since is still under warranty.

Default try this

all you have to do is go to each window and manually roll it all the way down, then all the way back up, but keep holding the button up after they roll up, hold it for a bout 5sec. Do this for each window then they should work fine

What triggered your alarm to go off in the first place?
