Yes I ordered from Carson and its factory matched paint. It actually looks better quality paint then the Lexus paint on the bumper.

In my opinion it is. I am very picky about my car and the install as well as fit and finish make it look like a factory piece more than anything. Ill let you know how it goes in the coming weeks when it sits out in the sun and so on.
