Has anyone found a successful send/receive volume combo for those that have an iphone 3g? I've played around with the settings and people still say they hear an echo.

The 1G phone worked perfectly. The new phone doesn't work well in the Lexus.

Not sure how 'locked down' the iPhone is, but you might want to try a different BT stack if you can.

I am assuming that by send-receive volume settings, you are talking about the 'hidden' service menu.....right?

hey come to think about it, I have that echo in my car now - with my new 3G iphone.

the old iphone was all good....

Its not you phone.. its the bluetooth setting in the IS.

You need to adjust it using the hidden bluetooth menu on the nav screen.

Search for "bluetooth menu" and you will find the how to..
