that thing is definately totalled
considering the front suspension arms are definately damaged...the entire front body work, those expensive lights, frame damage, probably at least some minor engine damage, replace things such as airbags, damaged rims and tires, scratchs on paint elsewhere and all other things that are damaged including other internal bits well it's safe to say it's a totaled vehicle.
but more importantly, at least you're okay physically. make sure you check up on yourself especially with whiplash, pains and such in your body can appear days after the accident. if that does make sure you go to the doctor and have it noted and have the other person's insurance pay for all your medical bills (they are EXPENSIVE) and don't settle for anything less. take care and good luck with everything =]

I hope that you are ok and as well the guy who made the mistake.
The car looks like it really performed well and did everything it was supposed to in just such a situation. Crumpling perfectly to protect the occupant. That being said there is no question it is a write off based on speed and damage to the car.
I think that an accident or mistake is just that. I hope if I screw up somebody doesn't tire iron me over something that's going to the dump anyways.
