So im trying to get the GFX rear skirt for my car and sales from carson toyota just told me via e-mail that LEXUS has discontinued this aero kit.
what is going on?
where can i get this rear lip by itself?

yes, Lexus did. They are coming out with a new kit. I guess you missed the big clearance sale from sewell lexus $200 for the whole kit!!!!!

The thing is that It might not fit our cars
I think the new kit will be for the face lift 09+ ISX50 so the new car might have different bumpers nothing official has been said yet......

I see 2 possible issues with the '09 kit, it may not fit '06-'08 MY and it will definitely be a lot more expensive than the Sewell sale. Your best bet is to contact Sewell and see if they can offer you the same price for their leftovers if any.

exactly the new kit will be at the normal price. If I remember correctly the GFX kit was like at $1000 more less when it was introduced

Just curious.... what happens to the people who already have the GFX kit and they get into an accident that damages the GFX kit? Does that mean that they won't be able to get the GFX kit again?

I thought I heard that the parts may still be available from Lexus.. but they will not come painted. so If you have an accident and have a GFX kit.. They can still acquire the pieces and have them painted.

IIRC, Sewell said from hereon only the unpainted front lip will be available.

I contacted Carson toyota, and they said they dont have mine painted in stafire pearl....thas sucks man.....
really. but ima call sewell and see what they ahve i will buy tomorrow if they ahve it my color, I just want the rear, side. not front

Starfire Pearl for the win! Although I must say, the rear lip on my GFX doesn't match the rest of the car exactly. Is it because Starfire Pearl is hard to match?

What makes the paint special when it has "pearl" as its name?

how much will it cost to paint thig GFX rear lip? lets say i buy it painted silver. and i wnat it stafire pearl like mine?

We still have individual rear lips for 150.00. The problem is a lot of colors sold out already, so if you purchase from the remaining stock if it's not the corect color you would have to repaint it.
