You mean install the GFX kit by 3M, if you can do it by yourself? The answer is yes, but only the rear lip needs to be attached by double sided tape because the rest can be attached and secured by screws without drilling or cutting. The rear lip requires cutting the OEM bumper to place properly but someone here tried it with just double sided tape and it looked pretty good. It should be pretty secure too but I don't know it will hold up in NJ due to weather conditions.

Im thinking the same thing. I really dont wanna drill holes in my bumper. Specially now, since they dont make the GFX kit anymore. if nything happens to it, I will have to buy the whole rear bumper.

I did it! I just removed all the original clips added some more tape all around and installed it. No cutting no drilling. Check out this thread!
