Unhappy Do U Know What This Is??

So I took my door panel off and found out why my "window was off track". There are two little plastic pieces that hold the window on the metal track so it can go up and down.

My question is what are they called? I have looked in the OEM Catalog and cant find a name, part # or anything.

Here are some pics of them busted and broken

They're not called anything because the only way to get them is to replace the glass.

Yeah someone did. I got the window replaced some where other than the dealership and it worked great until the other day. I did a little work and found out it was these stupid little plastic things.

If he is correct about not being able to purchase them, I would take it back to the person that installed the new glass.

I'm gonna do that today. Hopefully I can figure something out and get this fixed.

If the shop that installed the window cant fix it, I'm going to try and jimmy-rig some clamps together and make it works. Home Depot has gotta have something to help me.
