Even if they don't scam you, you're still not out of the woods.

I've posted this several times, but I'll repeat it in this thread. Two friends have had terrible experiences at Jiffy Lube. On one, they forgot to set the parking brake after pulling the car out of the bay. He watched his empty Isuzu Trooper roll across the parking lot, out onto Rt. 9, and smash into the median between the north and southbound lanes. It's a miracle nobody hit the car, but it still caused over $1000 damage. Another friend narrowly escaped having his new Pathfinder ruined; they drained the old oil but forgot to put in new. Fortunately my friend was watching and screamed at the guy before the damage was done.

I'm not so sure about 'Iffy'Lube. Why not use the Toyota dealership (in and out in 30 minutes)? Since Toyota has change to the canister type (additional tool to open the canister and have to drain it out before opening etc.), I just go to Toyota dealership to get the oil change. I think that they even rotate the tires, but in our case it doesn't really needed since we have staggered setup.

70ish sounds about right. That's how much Serramonte charges. Given that 7 qrts of motor oil and fitler costs ~60, 70 isn't so bad considering u get snacks, car wash, etc. But I believe Toyota charges 50ish.

$77 only?! If I recalled correctly, or somehow this price got stuck in my head, I thought newport lexus charges for like $200 or something 3 digits around that range...=___=

The Lexus dealership in Baton Rouge here only charged me 43 bucks for an oil change. Not bad!

When I had my RSX I used to take it to Pep Boys (I know) but they use Mobile One (Full Syn) and Puralator Filters (one of the best filters ever). Always did a good job. Try going to a Toyota Dealership maybe its cheaper.
