Allow me to reintroduce myself...my name is
Hello everyone.
Just purchased a 2008 IS250 AWD last week. Got it in Starfire Pearl with the premium package and sterling interior, rear spoiler, all-weather mats, cargo net, wheel locks, trunk mat. I'll get pics, but you all know exactly what this looks like.
First Toyota product in my lifetime...been a German car guy forever. Needed something new and was looking at the R32 and I was able to get a deal for a $38000 IS250 down to $32,500...$100 cheaper than the R32.
We went to the dealer that day to basically get an R32...but I told the wife we needed to drive the IS too. Once we did, we got in the R32 and the interior and everything couldn't compare to the Lexus. So we took the plunge.
I've got a lot to learn here as I have been big into VW/Audi for a long time.
In fact, here are a few pics of my VW's. The Jetta was just sold. Still have the Corrado.

Nice rado. I had a 1990 G60 and I rebuilt the engine, ported the supercharger, and had pretty much every bolt on available for it... I loved that car, it was so fun to drive. Some days I wish I had never sold it.
