+1 i just did mine last night 2 clips and 2 screws on the sides and 7 screws at the bottom.

just look under the lip. There's no way you'll miss the screws and clips.

was 9 screws through out and 2 clips on each end.

it's a quick install....i think taking out the screws took longer than actually installing the lip...no worries ^^
